We are seeking a dedicated Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure contract compliance, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires solid communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive team environment across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships with internal and external clients via phone and email.

- Establish effective communication systems with stakeholders.

- Foster a positive team atmosphere.

- Address and report on client and supplier requests.

- Operate support desk and software applications

- Perform administrative duties as needed.

- Ensure adherence to client contracts and company policies.

- Ensure operatives comply with guidelines and OH&S; standards.

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

- Identify opportunities for clients to utilise our full product suite.

- Manage after-sales support and client follow-up.

- Address feedback and complaints promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
