About Us
My Haircare & Beauty is an Australian online retailer offering over 5,000 professional hair and beauty products from some of the industry's leading brands.
We're a small, friendly team based in Airport West, with a relaxed and supportive work environment where everyone pitches in.
About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service, professional haircare advice and general warehouse duties.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, approximately 9am–3pm (flexible to suit the right person).
Occasional weekend availability would be appreciated but is not essential.
Pay: $32 per hour
Location: Airport West, VIC
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified hairdresser with practical salon experience.
- Strong knowledge of professional haircare products,
brands and treatments.
- Confident providing product recommendations and haircare advice.
- Friendly, reliable and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to help with different tasks.
- Comfortable using computers, particularly email and basic office applications.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, providing expert haircare advice and product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product information, orders and general enquiries.
- Accurately pick, pack and barcode scan customer orders.
- Assist with receiving deliveries, organising stock and inventory management.
- Help with general day-to-day warehouse operations.
