This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment services while developing creative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.

Working closely with hiring managers, you will attract, assess and appoint high-quality candidates, build talent pipelines, deliver targeted recruitment campaigns, and enhance our employer brand and Employee Value Proposition. You will also use workforce insights to drive continuous improvement and provide coaching and support to leaders to strengthen recruitment and people management capability across the organisation.

About the role

You will work with leaders across a diverse workforce, from attracting candidates to supporting their onboarding. Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a broad range of positions, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment advice and support effective hiring decisions.
- Build talent pipelines and implement sourcing and attraction strategies to meet current and future workforce requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new employees are welcomed, informed and set up for success.
- Deliver employer branding and local recruitment initiatives that enhance our ability to attract and retain quality talent.
- Monitor recruitment trends, reporting and systems, driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes, efficiency and service delivery.

About you

You will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources,



Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment services while developing talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies to meet current and future organisational needs.
- Sound professional judgement and the ability to provide trusted advice and make informed decisions.
- Solid organisational skills, with the capacity to manage a complex and high-volume workload.
- Achievement-focused, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices, employment legislation and workforce planning principles.
