An Australian consumer services business is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive digital campaigns, improve website performance and deliver measurable customer growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing ideas and turning data into practical improvements. You’ll work across multiple customer journeys, supporting both online purchases and service enquiries.

The chance

Working closely with senior leadership, internal teams and external digital agency partners, you’ll take responsibility for campaign execution and optimisation.

Your work will span paid media, website enhancements, customer communications and performance reporting, with clear opportunities to influence results.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social and other agreed digital channels.

- Monitor budgets and results, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition costs, enquiry quality and conversion.

- Coordinate external digital agency partners, managing briefs, priorities, feedback, deadlines and performance reviews.

- Drive website enhancements, including landing pages, service information, enquiry forms and purchase journeys.

- Develop campaign copy and creative briefs, coordinating assets with colleagues and suppliers.

- Improve email and CRM journeys to support customer education, follow-up and re-engagement.

- Work with customer service, sales and technology teams to connect marketing activity with commercial outcomes.





- Maintain clear reporting, explain what the data shows and recommend what to test next.

What you’ll bring

- Demonstrated experience in growth, performance or digital marketing, with examples of measurable results.

- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital campaign measurement.

- Confidence analysing data and translating insights into action.

- Experience improving landing pages, websites or customer conversion.

- Clear writing, strong organisation and attention to detail.

- The ability to coordinate agencies and work effectively with colleagues across different functions.

- Commercial judgement and a thoughtful approach to customer communications.

Experience with SEO, email automation, CRM platforms or a combination of online sales and service-based lead generation would be valuable.
