Our client is a growing supplier of premium stone surfaces, working with architects, interior designers, builders and homeowners. They are seeking a polished and commercially minded Showroom & Sales Consultant to join their South Yarra showroom.
This is a varied role combining consultative showroom sales, customer service, relationship management and business development.

The Role
You’ll be the face of the showroom, helping clients select premium products for their projects while proactively developing recent business opportunities across Melbourne’s architecture and design community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering a premium showroom and customer experience
- Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products, colours and finishes
- Converting showroom visits and enquiries into sales opportunities
- Building relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and industry professionals
- Visiting prospective clients approximately one day per week
- Following up leads, enquiries, samples and potential projects
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales opportunity records
- Coordinating product samples and maintaining showroom presentation

About You
You’ll be professional, proactive and sales-focused, with the confidence to engage with a diverse range of clients.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in sales, showroom sales, customer service or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence developing new business and following up opportunities
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A professional, customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
- A current driver’s licence

Experience within stone, tiles, flooring,



kitchens and bathrooms, furniture, building products, architecture or interior design will be highly regarded.
