Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Dispatch Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple priorities, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Logistics Manager and dotted line to the Customer Service Lead, you will be the key point of contact for customers, coordinating orders, dispatch activities and deliveries from start to finish. Working closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport teams, you will help ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, orders and delivery updates.

- Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to dispatch and delivery.

- Keep customers informed of order progress, delivery schedules and any changes.

- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through clear and professional communication.

- Work closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Transport teams to meet customer commitments.

- Resolve customer enquiries and coordinate solutions to minimise delays and disruptions.

- Process customer orders,



dispatch documentation and freight information within company systems.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure a high level of attention to detail.

- Contribute ideas that improve customer service and internal processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in customer service, trade specialist, account coordination or a similar customer-facing role.

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.

- The ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing or freight operations will be highly regarded.
