We're looking for an experienced, proactive and hands-on Property Manager to join Denham Property Management in Brighton.

About the role

This is a hands-on, end-to-end property management role with responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, including trust accounting and compliance.

You'll work closely with the team to deliver a proactive, professional and relationship-driven service to landlords and tenants, while helping establish strong foundations for the continued growth of Denham Property Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a residential property portfolio from onboarding through to the end of the tenancy lifecycle.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.

- Managing leasing, lease renewals, rent reviews, routine inspections, maintenance, arrears and tenancy-related matters.

- Overseeing trust accounting processes, including rent receipts, payments, reconciliations and compliance requirements.





- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with relevant South Australian legislation and trust accounting requirements.

- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries, resolving issues and providing timely, practical solutions.

- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and other property-related requirements.

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and the overall client experience.

- Contributing to business development, landlord retention and the growth of the rent roll.

- Working collaboratively with the broader team to build a positive, accountable and high-performing office culture.

About you

You'll be an experienced Property Manager who can confidently manage a portfolio with minimal supervision and understands what it takes to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of three years' residential property management experience. You'll also bring:

- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end property management process.

- Practical experience with trust accounting and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.

- A solid understanding of South Australian residential tenancy legislation.

- The ability to hit the ground running,

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Solid attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
