About the Role:
We are working with an established and growing property investment business on the Gold Coast looking for an experienced Property Strategist to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands residential property investment, enjoys building relationships and has the confidence to guide clients through their investment journey.

You'll be working with clients who want to build wealth through property, helping them understand their options, identify suitable opportunities and make informed investment decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, budgets and investment objectives
- Developing tailored property investment strategies
- Presenting suitable property investment opportunities to clients
- Educating clients on property markets, growth opportunities and rental yields
- Reviewing property information, market research and investment fundamentals
- Building strong relationships and confidently guiding clients through the decision-making process
- Converting qualified opportunities into successful property purchases




- Managing client relationships throughout the purchasing process
- Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth client experience

About you:

- Experience in property investment, property advisory, Buyers Agency or residential property sales
- A strong understanding of residential property investment and wealth creation
- Confidence presenting property opportunities and investment strategies to clients
- Proven sales ability and strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercially minded approach with a genuine focus on results
- The ability to manage multiple clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Knowledge of the Gold Coast and South East Queensland property markets would be highly regarded

Relevant Queensland real estate licensing or registration will be advantageous, subject to the requirements of the role.
