About the role
Virtus Infrastructure is a civil and infrastructure construction company delivering projects across New South Wales and interstate. In this role, you'll keep our projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll manage workforce onboarding and compliance, coordinate logistics, and make sure our teams have the documentation, training and resources they need before work starts.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor onboarding, inductions and site compliance.
- Manage workforce compliance, including licences, tickets, medicals and training records.
- Support labour planning, resource allocation and project logistics.
- Maintain project documentation, registers and filing systems.
- Liaise with clients, site teams and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Assist with permits, safety documentation and compliance tracking.
- Assign required documentation and safety procedures for upcoming works.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and PPE.
- Book training and tickets, and follow up on expiring documents.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and project delivery teams.
About you
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with Monday.com (desirable).
- Previous administration or construction industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced team environment.
