Our Client

Our client is a well-established residential builder with a strong presence across regional Victoria. With established construction systems and a consistent pipeline of projects, they offer long-term stability and career development.
They are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential builds across Ballarat and the surrounding areas.

You will manage residential builds from site start through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor construction schedules and build progress.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure site safety and compliance with building regulations.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams throughout the build.
- Resolve construction issues and manage projects through to handover.

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor with a residential builder.




- Experience managing multiple residential builds.
- Robust knowledge of residential construction methods and building regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and trade management skills.
- Current driver's license.
- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
