We’re partnering with a highly regarded, purpose-led organisation looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to join the team on a 6-month parental leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the best of both worlds, partnering strategically with leaders while staying close to the day-to-day people challenges that make HR engaging!

You'll support a diverse portfolio working alongside a passionate People & Culture function that genuinely cares about its people.

The opportunity:

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be a trusted partner to leaders across the business, providing practical advice, challenging thinking where needed and helping drive great people outcomes.

Your days will be varied, but here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

- Partnering with leaders on everything from workforce planning and organisational development through to day-to-day people matters;
- Coaching managers through performance, conduct and complex employee relations challenges;
- Providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to an HR Advisor and HR Coordinator, fostering their development and success;
- Supporting culture, engagement and change initiatives;
- Providing advice on employment legislation, policies and industrial instruments; and
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make life a little easier for leaders and employees alike!

A little about you:

You're an experienced HR professional who knows how to balance commercial thinking with a genuinely people-first approach.

You'll bring:

- Solid experience in a Senior HR Business Partner, Senior People Partner or similar role;

- Strong ER expertise and the confidence to navigate tricky conversations;
- A natural ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience working with senior leaders in a complex organisation;
- Some people leadership or mentoring experience;
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to juggle competing priorities; and
- A collaborative approach, a good sense of humour and a willingness to get stuck in!

Why consider It?

- 6-month parental leave contract;
- Hybrid flexibility – 3 days in the office, 2 from home;
- A genuinely purpose-led organisation doing meaningful work;
- A supportive, collaborative People & Culture team; and
- Plenty of variety, autonomy and the chance to make your mark.
