About the Role

As the Sales Manager / Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vehicle sales operation, including:

- Leading and developing a high-performing sales team

- Driving new and used vehicle sales performance

- Managing the finance and insurance (F&I;) process

- Building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service

- Developing sales strategies to maximise market share and profitability

- Monitoring sales targets, gross profit and key performance indicators

- Coaching, mentoring and motivating team members

- Maintaining robust relationships with manufacturer partners

- Ensuring compliance with all dealership, lending and regulatory requirements





- Playing a hands-on role in the growth and ongoing success of the new showroom

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Previous experience in automotive sales leadership

- Robust Business Manager or Sales Manager experience

- A successful track record of achieving sales and profitability targets

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong negotiation and closing abilities

- Experience with vehicle finance and insurance products

- High levels of professionalism, integrity and customer focus

- The ability to lead by example and inspire a team

- A positive, energetic and growth-focused mindset
