About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join the EZYTRAIL. This is a full-time position based in Rocklea, QLD, where you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, engaging with clients, and closing deals that contribute directly to our company's success and expansion.

Key responsibilities

- Identify, prospect and qualify potential customers within assigned territories or accounts

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Prepare accurate and timely sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs

- Negotiate terms and close sales deals professionally and ethically

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities and pipeline development using CRM systems

- Collaborate with internal teams including customer service and delivery to ensure seamless client experiences

- Stay informed about product features, benefits and competitor offerings to provide expert consultancy

- Report on sales performance, market feedback and opportunities for improvement to management

What we're looking for

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with demonstrable experience meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients

- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with excellent organisational abilities

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment





- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, customer needs assessment and negotiation principles

- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills

- Willingness to travel within the territory as required

- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

- Relevant industry experience or product knowledge would be advantageous
