About our role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Operations Superintendent is responsible for leading daily mining operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
This is a permanent full-time position working an 8:6 FIFO roster ex Perth.

Your focus in this role:

- Lead daily mining operations to achieve production, safety and operational targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to supervisors, operators and subcontractors.
- Drive operational performance through effective workforce planning, equipment utilisation and cost management.
- Work closely with technical,



planning and maintenance teams to ensure efficient delivery of mining activities.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Maintain a proactive safety culture and compliance with operational requirements.

What You'll Bring:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Mining Superintendent or in a comparable senior operational role.
- Strong background in open-pit mining operations, ideally within the Pilbara or Goldfields.
- Experience delivering mining services for Tier 1 resource clients.
- Sound understanding of WA mining safety legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead operational teams, manage production targets and drive performance.
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
