About the role:

You’ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with our sales and service teams to deliver outstanding solutions. This is a hands-on role that combines strategy, relationship-building, and practical execution. You’ll be supported by a knowledgeable, collaborative team and equipped with the tools you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive recent business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform business strategy.

We’re looking for:

- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (construction or ag equipment experience preferred).
- Solid relationship-building skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results driven.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools.
