Spectra Recruitment is looking for reliable, hands-on Labourers to join a well-established precast concrete manufacturer based in Yatala.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, isn't afraid to get stuck in with hand and power tools, and is keen to develop their skills within the precast industry. Previous precast experience is welcome, but we're also interested in candidates from , assembly, construction, carpentry, concreting, steel fixing, manufacturing or similar hands-on backgrounds.

About the Role
Working as part of the precast production team, you'll help manufacture quality concrete products used across commercial, civil and infrastructure projects.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting with the preparation, assembly and cleaning of precast moulds
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
- Measuring, preparing and handling materials
- Supporting the production team with general precast manufacturing duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

About You
We're keen to speak with candidates who are practical,



reliable and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

- Experience in construction, manufacturing, concreting, carpentry or general labouring
- Confidence using hand and power tools, or a genuine willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- The ability to undertake physically demanding work
- Reliable transport and a good attendance record
- A commitment to workplace safety

A bonus if you have:

- A current Forklift Licence
- Previous precast or concrete manufacturing experience
- Experience with steel fixing, formwork or assembling moulds
- The ability to read drawings or follow production plans
