The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts team at Berwick Toyota. You’ll support our workshop, retail and trade customers by sourcing and supplying genuine Toyota parts and accessories accurately and on time. You’ll do well here if you enjoy a busy counter, can juggle multiple priorities and take pride in getting it right the first time.

This is a full time role, working 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will have:

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Excellent attention to detail

- A positive attitude, self-motivation and a strong work ethic

Highly desirable:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in a dealership environment, ideally Toyota
