Working with Quality Assurance, you will help to ensure that the HACCP requirements are met.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Liaise with departments to ensure quality issues are addressed in a timely manner.

- Manage consumer complaints, including investigations and solutions, in a timely manner.

- Gather and maintain the documentation system to meet regulatory government requirements.

- Review and manage all product food labelling to ensure that it meets Australian labelling standards

- Liaise with the production team, manufacturers, warehouse and suppliers on product labelling compliance.

Successful candidate will have the following:

- Solid knowledge of HACCP/SQF quality programs (Preferable)

- Great organisational skills

- Highly motivated, problem solver and able to work independently

- Attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Effective time management skills
