About the role

JCG is recruiting experienced Rubber Liners for our project at Karara Mine Site. The role involves installing, repairing and replacing rubber linings on chutes, hoppers, pipework, tanks and mill components.

Key responsibilities

- Installing, repairing and replacing rubber linings on chutes, hoppers, pipework, tanks and mill components

- Surface preparation, adhesive application and bonding/curing to specification

- Moving liners and materials safely using forklift, EWP and dogging

- Working within confined spaces and at heights under permit

About you

- HRWL – Forklift (LF), EWP (WP) and Dogging (DG)

- Current Mask Fit test (completed within the last 12 months)

- Working at Heights (completed within the last 12 months)

- Confined Space Entry (completed within the last 12 months)

- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Screen (instant or laboratory), completed within 28 days of mobilisation

- Demonstrated rubber lining experience in mining or mineral processing

- Full Australian working rights

- Experience with hot and cold bond systems, and with ceramic or polyurethane liners
