About Us

Bullseye Optometry & Sensory Clinic is a family-owned practice redefining eye care.
We combine optometry with holistic care to deliver life-changing outcomes for children, special needs patients, and those recovering from brain injury. We also have a large base of regular day to day clients, plus we service dry eye patients, fit contact lenses and practice therapeutic optometry.

Your Role

You will:

- Dispense eyewear with precision, creativity, and confidence

- Support health professionals in advanced and special interest care

- Build meaningful relationships with patients of all ages

- Grow your skills through exposure to unique dispensing challenges, mentoring, and a diverse patient demographic.

- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

- Enjoy a unique clinical model and working environment

We’re Looking For

- Cert IV in optical dispensing

- Experience with vision therapy preferred but not essential

- A love for people and a passion for exceptional service

- A positive, proactive attitude

- Leadership qualities or the desire to grow into a leadership pathway
