What you need

- Property management experience in residential real estate or build-to-rent, as a property manager, senior property manager, assistant property manager or leasing consultant
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (Victoria)
- Working knowledge of PropertyMe, PropertyTree, Console Cloud or similar property management software
- Police check issued within the last 6 months
- Two contactable references
- Reliability, strong presentation and the confidence to walk into a current office and get started
