As part of our Community Care team, you will provide professional cleaning and domestic support services to older people living independently in their own homes. Your work will support clients' wellbeing, dignity and quality of life while helping them remain safely in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general household cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces

- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms to a high standard

- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding and ironing

- Replenish household supplies and maintain tidy, organised living spaces

- Follow individual client preferences and specific cleaning requirements

- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns or damage as required

- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and respect for clients' homes and belongings

- Work independently while providing high-quality, client-focused service

About You

You are reliable,



trustworthy and take pride in your work. You enjoy helping others and understand the important role a clean and safe home plays in supporting a person's independence and wellbeing.

Essential Requirements

- Previous cleaning experience in residential, aged care or community settings is desirable but not essential

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

- Friendly and professional communication skills

- Current NSW Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain

- Current and unrestricted Australian working rights

- Physical ability to undertake cleaning duties, including bending, lifting and standing for extended periods

Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly Chinese, Greek or Arabic, to support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
