Electrical Project Manager | Commercial Construction

Amp Recruitment is partnering with established electrical contractors across South East Queensland seeking experienced Electrical Project Managers to deliver a range of commercial construction projects.

Projects include Design & Construct (D&C;) warehouses, schools, retail centres, shopping centres and large-scale commercial developments.

The Role:

- Manage electrical construction projects from design coordination and procurement through to completion and handover.
- Oversee project budgets, scheduling, forecasting and profitability.
- Coordinate site supervisors, electricians and subcontractors.
- Manage relationships with builders, consultants and clients.
- Oversee variations, progress claims and contractual requirements.
- Ensure projects meet programme, quality and safety expectations.

About You:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction.
- Experience delivering D&C; projects, warehouses, schools,



shopping centres or similar commercial developments.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction methodologies, design coordination and project delivery.
- Confident managing project budgets, labour, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Electrical trade background or electrical engineering qualifications highly regarded.
