An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Specialist has arisen at a to become part of a close-knit site finance team, supporting a world-class gold processing operation in Western Australia.

Due to an immediate requirement, we are seeking an Accounts Specialist to join the team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a site-based position offering either an 8:6 or 4:3 FIFO roster, providing excellent work-life balance while contributing to the success of a high-performing mining operation.

Reporting into the site finance team, you will be responsible for supporting operational and financial activities across the site. This is a wide-ranging role that will suit someone who enjoys working closely with both finance and operational stakeholders.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

- Provide site-wide purchase requisition support to operational personnel.
- Process and manage service entries and purchase orders.
- Monitor invoices and liaise with managers regarding approvals and accounts payable matters.
- Prepare monthly accruals for services received but not yet invoiced.
- Produce and distribute monthly cost reports.
- Coordinate and support gold shipment activities.
- Monitor and maintain site fuel dispensing systems.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administration and accounting tasks as required. [AngloGold...Specialist | Word]

WHAT YOU BRING

- Experience in accounts payable, purchasing,



procurement support, site administration, or a similar accounts-focused role.
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience using ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
- Exposure to purchase requisitions, service entries, invoice processing, and purchase order management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous mining or site-based experience is advantageous but not essential.
