The following roles will be based from Fredon’s new Perth CBD office, providing a modern and highly convenient base for our WA team. You’ll join an established national business while being part of a growing WA team, with the opportunity to work on significant mechanical services projects and play a genuine role in the continued development of the business.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

This role will entail leading the day-to-day operations of assigned project scopes, leading and delivering project from design through to completion to the highest standard. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with client expectations and project specifications.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in managing medium to large scale projects within construction and building services industry ($10M+)

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing project teams

DRAFTSPERSON

The role is responsible for the preparation of mechanical services, ductwork and pipework drawings, requiring a high level of technical knowledge and coordination skills.

Requirement:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in computer-aided 3D drafting (CAD) software, e.g. Autodesk, AutoCAD. Revit,



BIModeller, Revisto and related platforms

MECHANICAL ENGINEERS

This role is responsible for developing design documentation from initial concept through to detailed design, ensuring project deliverables and milestones are achieved on schedule.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within mechanical services contracting industry or building services consultancy environment

- Proven experience in project engineering and successful delivery of mechanical services engineering on large scale commercial projects.

- Minimum Recognised Tertiary Qualification Mechanical Engineering

- Preferred familiarity with Engineering software including Camel, HAP, 2D Drafting (Autocad/Bluebeam)

- Familiarity with the current Australian Standards, WAHFG and NCC
