THE ROLE

Labour Connect is seeking experienced and reliable MR and HR Truck Drivers to join our client's busy distribution team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for consistent Monday to Friday night shifts, with the potential for additional Sunday work.

You will be responsible for completing multiple deliveries throughout the Sydney metropolitan area, servicing customers across the CBD, Sydney Airport and surrounding suburbs.

WORKING HOURS

- Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift Times: 7:00pm – 3:00am
- Additional Shifts: Potential Sunday work
- Delivery Locations: Sydney Metro, CBD, Sydney Airport and surrounding areas
- Vehicle: Automatic MR pallet trucks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operating MR and HR trucks safely and efficiently.
- Completing approximately 10–20 deliveries per run throughout Sydney Metro.
- Delivering products to warehouses, cafes,



restaurants and airport facilities.
- Manually loading and unloading goods at delivery locations.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintaining delivery paperwork and records.
- Conducting daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any issues.
- Providing professional and friendly customer service.
- Following all road safety, workplace health and safety procedures.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A valid MR or HR Truck Licence.
- Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries.
- Confidence driving throughout Sydney Metro, including the CBD and airport areas.
- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling, including loading and unloading goods.
- Experience operating automatic trucks.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday night shifts from 7:00pm to 3:00am.
- Flexibility to work Sundays when required.
