ABOUT THE ROLE
At Mastery Schools Australia, we are looking for ambitious, exceptional teachers who want to become outstanding at their craft.
We want teachers who set high expectations for themselves and their students, welcome feedback and coaching, and are driven to continually improve.
Our approach is grounded in the Science of Learning, using specialised Direct Instruction programs and our Explicit Instruction framework to build knowledge, close learning gaps and achieve measurable academic growth.
At MSA, great teaching is developed, supported and celebrated. Our teachers receive ongoing, high-level coaching, professional learning and practical feedback from experienced instructional leaders committed to helping them continually strengthen their practice.
Many of our students have experienced challenges or disengagement in previous educational settings. We meet them at their point of need without lowering expectations, combining structure, consistency and support with a strong belief in what every student can achieve.
