Trainee Pest Technician – Entry-Level Opportunity

Laguna Pest Control is looking for an enthusiastic entry-level trainee pest technician to join our local team in Noosa.

Looking for a career or change of employment? This is a genuine starting role in the industry. No previous pest control experience is required. We will train you from the ground up, cover the cost of your qualifications, and support you with hands-on mentoring. Once you are qualified, your salary increases.

What We Offer

- Full-time role: 38- 40 hour week, Monday to Friday.

While some other trainee pest technician advertisements may advertise a higher starting income, we do not set performance targets or expect you to hit quotas. We don’t fast-track your training just to get you out on the road. Our focus is on you concentrating on your training and developing the skills you need for a long-term career.

The Ideal Candidate

- No prior pest control experience needed — just a genuine willingness to learn

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build valuable relationships with customers

- Comfortable working as part of a team and will fit in with our existing team culture

- Basic computer/smartphone skills (full training will be provided)

- Good level of physical fitness

- Looking for long-term employment and a real career in the pest control industry

- Reliable, professional and positive attitude
