ABOUT US:

Mobility Hire and Sales (www.mobilityhireandsales.com.au) located on the Central Coast is looking for a Full Time position for our Woy Woy store.

Our business operations include, hire, sales and servicing of medical and rehabilitation equipment. This equipment helps people stay in their own home, assist with rehabilitation to return home or items to help people move within the community.

Rentals include a variety of equipment such as, mobility scooters, wheelchairs, assisted toileting and showering equipment and more.

Servicing of equipment such as, medical beds, mobility scooters, wheelchairs and more.
Business is generated through many different avenues such as, in stores, over the phone, email and face to face. Our team liaises with general customers, Aged Care providers, NDIS participants, Occupation Therapists, Physiotherapists and other health care professionals.

CANDIDATE:

The person who will fill the role will be doing various tasks. A few tasks but not limited to, include, quoting, sales, trailing equipment with customers and Occupational Therapists, help organise servicing/repairs of customer equipment, answering incoming calls, answering emails and more.

We deal with Aged care and NDIS daily, so knowledge and compassion for this sector is crucial.

Customer Service role with various tasks. As listed but not limited to:

· Emails (learning how to answer many varying questions and requests)

· Phones (learning how to answer many varying questions and requests)

· Calling to make bookings and take payments/payment reminders (both private and skilled)

· Serving customers and care professionals in store (showing equipment)

· May need to work days in the Tuggerah store

SKILLS:

· MYOB experience preferred but not essential

· Product knowledge preferred but not essential

· Time management

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills

· Proactive and thinking on their feet

· Work independently and as a team

· Willingness to learn and show initiative

MUST HAVE:

1: Current flu Vaccination or willing to update

2: Fully Covid Vaccinated

3: Police check or willing to get (Must have no criminal history)

4: NDIS Screener or willing to get
