At Kool Beanz, due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a passionate, dedicated Educational Leader who is ready to make a meaningful impact. We are currently inviting exceptional individuals to join the Kool Beanz family at our Suns Carrara centre. A purpose-built facility catering for up to 189 enrolments. About the Role:

Working closely with the Centre Director, you' will play a pivotal role in both the educational and operational success of the service. You will be responsible for:

- Educational Leadership
- Leading and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
- Embedding the EYLF, NQS and Kool Beanz pedagogy throughout the centre.
- Coaching educators through planning cycles, documentation and intentional teaching.
- Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Monitoring programming and supporting reflective practice across all rooms.
- Building educator capability through mentoring, professional development and coaching.
- Conducting regular room walkthroughs to ensure quality, supervision and safety.

About You:

You will be someone who enjoys leading by example and inspiring others to be their best.

You will bring:





- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Previous experience in an Educational Leader. Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Assessment & Rating.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop educators.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Confidence balancing educational leadership with operational responsibilities.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
- Current Geccko Mandatory Child Safe Training - Foundation Level (or willing to obtain prior to employment)
