Electrical Foreman | Commercial Construction

Amp Recruitment is partnering with established electrical contractors across South East Queensland seeking experienced Electrical Foremen / Supervisors to lead commercial construction projects.

Projects include large warehouses, schools, retail centres, shopping centres and large-scale commercial developments, high-end office fit outs

We're looking for hands-on leaders who can manage site teams, coordinate daily operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role:

- Lead and supervise electricians and apprentices across commercial construction sites.
- Coordinate daily site activities, labour allocation and project programmes.
- Manage electrical installations from undergrounds and rough-in through to fit-off and commissioning.
- Work closely with Project Managers, builders and other trades.




- Interpret construction drawings, coordinate materials and oversee installation quality.
- Maintain site safety, productivity and project deadlines.
- Identify potential variations and communicate progress to management.

About You:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial construction projects.
- Strong background across warehouses, schools, retail centres or similar developments.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple work fronts.
- Confident interpreting electrical drawings and construction programmes.
- Solid communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Current QLD Electrical Licence, White Card and relevant safety certifications.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering projects.
