About the Part-time role

Jesse Ant Architects' is seeking an experienced Architectural Sale Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position based in our Richmond, Victoria office. As our Architectural Sale Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our innovative architectural designs and securing new business opportunities with clients in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry

- Presenting our architectural services and showcasing our portfolio of award-winning designs

- Identifying new business prospects and generating sales leads through networking and market research

- Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals and presentations

- Collaborating closely with our architectural team to understand project requirements and design solutions

- Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals

- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client concerns in a timely manner

- Tracking and reporting on sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales

- Proven track record of successfully securing new business and achieving sales targets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills,



with the ability to effectively liaise with clients

- Strong technical understanding of architectural design and construction processes

- Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards

- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric approach

- Degree in architecture, construction management or a related field is highly desirable
