Civil Site Supervisor | Underground Infrastructure & Pipe Laying

Seeking Civil Site Supervisors or Construction Supervisors with experience in underground infrastructure and pipe laying for a well-run civil contractor.
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Civil Site Supervisor to run a crew of around six people. The workforce has largely been assembled through industry contacts and referrals, with experienced civil workers choosing to work together
You'll be trusted to run your own jobs, with management backing your decisions rather than micromanaging you. All tools, a phone and iPad are supplied, and the work is across metropolitan Adelaide.

Role Overview

- Essential: White Card, plus proven supervisory experience onsite.
- Compensation: Up to $60 ph, overtime paid at penalty rates, 10hr days is normal. Comes with a fully supplied dual-cab Hilux or Ranger.
- Location: Adelaide metropolitan region.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a small crew focused on underground infrastructure projects.
- Engage directly in tasks such as pipe installation and excavation as part of the team.
- Ensure site operations comply with safety standards and method statements.
- Utilise digital devices to access construction plans and maintain accurate site records.
- Coordinate daily workload efficiently, fostering team autonomy and productivity.
