We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Site Pharmacy Retail Manager to provide leadership across our three pharmacies and help us achieve our vision of being an industry leader in community pharmacy and healthcare delivery.

About the role

Working closely with our Managing Pharmacist and administration team, you will take responsibility for coordinating and leading the retail operations of our three pharmacies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and coordinate front-of-shop retail operations across all three pharmacies.

- Develop consistent retail standards, systems and practices across the group.

- Coordinate rostering, recruitment, onboarding and training of non-pharmacist team members, with support from the administration team.

- Lead and support retail staff to create a positive, accountable and customer-focused workplace culture.

- Coordinate stock management across the group, including ordering, inventory control and stock optimisation.

- Develop and coordinate merchandising standards, promotional activity and retail presentation across all locations.

- Support the effective operation and development of customer loyalty programs.

- Work collaboratively with Managing Pharmacist to ensure retail operations compliment skilled pharmacy services and our expanding full-scope service offering.

- Provide operational and administrative support across the pharmacy group as required.

- Support dispensary workflow, including scripts in/out where appropriate.





- Ensure compliance with AFS Friendly Pharmacy policies, procedures and operational standards.

- Coach, train and mentor team members to build capability and consistency across the group.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous community pharmacy experience, which is essential.

- Strong retail management and leadership skills.

- Experience managing or coordinating teams across multiple locations, or the capability to step into a multi-site role.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.

- Experience in staff rostering, recruitment, training or other HR functions.

- Sound knowledge of pharmacy retail operations, stock control and merchandising.

- An understanding of customer loyalty programs.

- A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service and community healthcare.

- An understanding of the evolving scope of community pharmacy practice in Queensland would be highly regarded.

- The ability to work collaboratively with pharmacists, retail teams and administration staff.
