About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Junior Export Coordinator to join our Brisbane team, based in Eagle Farm.

You'll be supporting our Brisbane export hub, coordinating air and sea freight shipments to Indonesia, with a strong focus on cargo supporting the mining industry.

This isn't a role where every day looks the same. There are plenty of moving parts, changing priorities and challenges to work through. You'll need to think on your feet,



pick things up quickly and be comfortable switching gears when the situation calls for it.

We're not expecting you to know everything about exports from day one. What we do want is someone who already understands the freight forwarding environment, has a good foundation to build on and is genuinely interested in learning the export side of the business.

You'll be involved in coordinating shipments, managing documentation, communicating with overseas offices, airlines, shipping lines and service providers, and helping keep cargo moving.

If you're someone who enjoys being busy, likes figuring things out and wants to understand the bigger picture rather than just following a process, this could be a great next step.

Who We're Looking For

We're not necessarily looking for an experienced export operator. We're looking for someone with the right industry foundation, attitude and ability to grow. We're after someone who:

- Some freight forwarding experience – Whether that's imports, exports, operations or another area of the industry, we'd love to hear from you.

- CargoWise experience – Highly desirable and a definite advantage.

- A quick mind and adaptability – You pick up current processes quickly and can adjust when priorities change.





- Well organised – You can manage multiple tasks, keep track of the details and know what needs attention.

- Initiative and ownership – You don't just wait for instructions. You're willing to ask questions, think ahead and take responsibility.

- A team-first attitude – You're happy to jump in, support your colleagues and work towards a common goal.

Key Skills & Attributes

- Clear, confident communicator — written and verbal.

- Eye for detail, particularly when working with shipping documentation and deadlines.

- Strong computer skills — happy with data entry, Word and Excel and the ability to navigate different systems.

- Learns fast and genuinely wants to grow.

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and serious about a career in logistics.

- A positive, flexible approach when things don't go to plan.
