About the role

Breera Resources is seeking an experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our operations team. This is a full-time position based in Breera, WA 6503. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining front-end loaders on our quarry site, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations. The Front End Loader Operator plays a critical part in our daily operations, directly contributing to project timelines and operational success.

What you'll be doing

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Operating front-end loaders safely and efficiently in accordance with all site safety regulations and company procedures

- Loading bulk materials, including sand, aggregates, soil, mulch, and other bulk materials, as directed.

- Responsible for ensuring all materials loaded are weighed and recorded.

- Performing routine pre-start and post-shift inspections of equipment to identify maintenance issues and ensure operational readiness

- Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and any defects or repairs required

- Communicating effectively with site supervisors, other operators, and ground personnel to coordinate operations safely

- Adhering strictly to all health, safety, and environmental requirements on site

What we're looking for

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Current and valid Heavy Equipment Operator licence or equivalent qualification specific to front-end loader operation

- Proficient in operating Loadrite or similar weighing system.

- Proven experience operating front-end loaders in construction or resource extraction environments

- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety practices, with a strong track record of working incident-free

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced operational environments





- Excellent communication and coordination skills with supervisors and fellow site personnel

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks

- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Valid driver's licence (desirable)

- Site induction and safety certifications (such as white card or equivalent, where applicable)
