Ludeman Real Estate Pty Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Warrnambool, VIC.

This is a full time position based in our office.

What you'll be doing

- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including inspections, maintenance coordination and tenant communication

- Advertising vacant properties and processing tenant applications with thorough screening and reference checks

- Preparing and executing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations

- Collecting rent and managing arrears, including following up on overdue payments and taking appropriate action when necessary

- Responding promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries, resolving disputes and managing complaints professionally

- Ensuring all properties comply with health and safety standards, including pool, fire, gas and electrical safety requirements

What we're looking for





- Excellent organisational skills

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Current (or willing to obtain) real estate agent's licence or property management qualification

- A valid current driver's licence
