We are currently seeking reliable Poultry Workers to join a Chicken processing facility located in Shanes Park, Western Sydney.

- Initial shifts: Monday and Wednesday 6:30am to 2:00pm
- Ongoing opportunity for additional shifts Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 2:00pm
- $33.80 per hour
- Shanes Park location

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the processing of chicken carcasses on the production line
- Handling raw chicken and removing internal organs
- Checking chickens for cleanliness and visible defects
- Helping ensure the chickens meet food hygiene standards
- Weighing and checking products
- Sealing packages and applying labels
- Packing products into cartons
- Checking for damages packaging and incorrect labels

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in meat and/or poultry - not essential
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Good personal hygiene practices
- Comfortable working with raw chicken meat
