We’re currently looking for an Assistant Claims Executive to join our Brisbane branch.

About the Role

As an integral member of our national team, the Assistant Claims Executive supports the day-to-day management of motor insurance claims, while also providing administrative and operational support to the broader claims team.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring claims are managed efficiently and clients receive a high level of service throughout the process.

In this role you will:

- Triage and lodge new motor claims, ensuring all required information is gathered and submitted to insurers
- Monitor and manage the claims inbox, responding to requests and following up with clients, insurers, and service providers
- Support the end-to-end management of motor claims, including managing your own portfolio
- Maintain accurate claim records, track progress, and support the broader claims team to deliver positive client outcomes

About You

You may be early in your insurance career or already have experience in claims, insurance administration, or a similar customer-focused role.



You’re organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Confidence building relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in developing your career in insurance and claims
- Previous experience in insurance will be highly regarded but not essential, as training and support are provided
