Cleaning Services Supervisor | Central Coast & Hunter Valley

Strike Force Services is looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to support our operations across the Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Australian-owned business and play a key role in leading frontline teams that service some of Australia's leading mining, industrial and commercial sites.

You will work closely with our Senior Client Services Manager while focusing on employee support, site visits, safety, performance and day-to-day operations across your region.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Services Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supporting multiple sites and leading teams to deliver safe, high-quality services. No two days will look the same as you work closely with employees, clients and operational leaders to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coaching, mentoring and supporting site-based employees
- Conducting site visits, inspections and safety observations




- Leading toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
- Managing site stock, equipment, consumables and PPE
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Coordinating rosters, timesheets and workforce administration
- Driving a positive safety culture and operational excellence
- Identifying opportunities to improve team performance and efficiencies

About You

We're looking for a practical people leader who enjoys working with teams and building positive workplace cultures.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

- Previous experience in a Supervisor, Team Leader or similar leadership role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to safety and employee wellbeing
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
- A current driver's licence
- Experience in cleaning, facilities management, industrial services or a similar operational environment (highly regarded)
- Mine site experience (highly regarded)
