Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications.

We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.

About the Role

The Maintenance Coordinator provides administrative, planning, and analytical support to the Maintenance function. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance records, supporting planning activities, coordinating communications, preparing reports and ensuring that maintenance information, documentation and data are organised and accessible. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager and wider Operations team, the role will help improve visibility of maintenance activities, support continuous improvement initiatives and enable more effective maintenance planning and decision-making.

This position is ideal for a highly organised coordinator or administrator who enjoys working with data,



systems and processes in a technical workplace.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role.

• Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Ability to organise and maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Robust written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Able to work onsite 5 days at Alexandria Industrial Park

Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
