We are looking for a full time Accounts Payable in our Malaga office, experienced in the retail industry will be an advantage. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for ad-hoc financial analysis, collation and preparation of all documentation relating to supplier invoices, compliance with internal controls and ensuring accurate monthly reports are completed in a timely fashion.

Accounts Payable responsibilities include:
Performs Accounts Payable to assist with financial reporting and decision making requirements
Efficiently manages email and phone inquiries relating to invoicing and payment.
Ensure systems, processes internal controls are effective and effective




Enter all supplier invoices and payments accurately into the general ledger
Prepare for invoicing
Process payment and maintain creditor
Assist the Financial Accountant and team to complete monthly reports and achieve team goals
Perform general administration duties as required

You will have:
At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Experience managing multiple demands and working to tight deadlines
Ability to handle a larger volume of invoices
Familiar with handling invoices across different functions and areas
Familiar with ERP system
A proven ability to use initiative and work with a minimum of supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
