We are looking for casual kitchen staff to support our chefs and contribute to our busy Club operations.

About the Roles

The kitchen caters for all food outlets and includes our course café, restaurant as well as functions, events and corporate days for members, guests and Club visitors.





These roles are critical for the successful operations of our kitchen team ensuring that each food item leaving the kitchen meets the quality, styling and brand requirements of our club.

A minimum of 25 hours per week and includes weekends and public holidays.

Short order Cook / Sandwich hand:

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be qualified with a minimum cert 3,

Have a passion for food with excellent presentation skills

You will have a proactive approach to all tasks and a ‘can do’ attitude to your work.

Essential: Own reliable transport due to location within the Kamay Botany Bay National Park at La Perouse.
