About the role

Elevio is a specialist colorectal and pelvic floor clinic providing evidence-based, minimally invasive, and holistic care. We are seeking a warm friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to support our specialists and ensure smooth daily operations across our Bella Vista rooms.

Key responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a calm, qualified manner
Coordinate bookings, referrals, and follow-ups
Manage patient records, reports, and billing accurately
Support specialists with daily lists and communication with hospitals and GPs
Maintain confidentiality and clinic presentation to high standards
Assist the Practice Manager with administrative functions, operational efficiency, and implementation of clinic improvements

About you




Previous medical reception experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Professional, productive, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Clinic-to-Cloud experience desirable
Knowledge of medical terminology and robust customer service focus
