Hays Trades & Labour are currently recruiting experienced Carpenters with a strong background in shopfitting and commercial fit-outs for upcoming projects throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Your current role

You will be working across a range of commercial fit-out and shopfitting projects, carrying out high-quality carpentry work in fast-paced project environments.

Your duties may include:
Commercial carpentry and fit-out work
Shopfitting and internal fit-outs
Installation of doors, frames, skirting and fixtures
First and second, fix carpentry
Reading and working from plans and drawings
General finishing and defective work
Working alongside other trades to meet project deadlines

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will ideally have:




Trade qualification in Carpentry
Previous shopfitting or commercial fit-out experience
Solid finishing and attention to detail
Construction White Card
Own tools and reliable transport
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Robust commitment to site safety
