The Opportunity

We are seeking a Helicopter Refueller / Truck Driver to support our aerial firefighting operations based at Hobart Airport throughout the upcoming fire season.

Working closely with pilots, engineers and operational personnel, you will be responsible for helicopter refuelling, fuel truck operation, equipment management and general operational support. This role includes night work, weekends and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities
Refuel helicopters and support aircraft ground operations.
Operate fuel trucks in accordance with company and Dangerous Goods requirements.
Conduct equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Maintain fuel facilities, yards and operational areas.
Complete fuel records and operational documentation.
Assist with loading and transporting equipment and supplies.
Follow company safety,



aviation and WHS requirements.

About You

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
Adaptable and able to work varying shifts, including nights.
Strong communicator and team player.
Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn.

Essential Requirements
Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence.
Current Dangerous Goods (DG) Licence.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Full Australian working rights.
Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
