Our team is growing and Renko is looking for a reliable, hands-on Yard & Operations Assistant to join us at our Berrimah site. This is a true all-rounder role — no two days are the same. You’ll split your time between keeping our site, grounds and fleet looking sharp, and supporting the operations team with warehouse, dispatch and local collections work.

Key tasks include:
Routine cleaning of offices, workshops, warehouses, amenities, bathrooms and common areas
Maintaining lawns, gardens and external grounds, mowing, edging, weeding and general upkeep
Washing, vacuuming and detailing company vehicles, and reporting any defects
Packing and preparing outgoing projects/jobs
Running local supplier pickups from trade and retail outlets and checking items against purchase orders
Receiving inbound deliveries.
Forklift operation for stock movements and material handling
Assisting with minor maintenance tasks, site improvements and general facility support

What we’re looking for:




Reliable and punctual with a genuine work ethic
Takes pride in keeping a clean, organised and qualified workplace
Good attention to detail
Comfortable with diverse physical work across indoor and outdoor settings
Able to take direction and work well independently and in a team
Current driver’s licence (mandatory) & able to drive a Manual vehicle
Current forklift licence (mandatory)
Current First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
White Card preferred
Prior experience in cleaning, grounds, labouring, warehousing or dispatch is a bonus, but not essential
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. Sponsorship is not available.
