About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Field Engineer - Structural. This role will provide on-site structural engineering support for a major project, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with engineering specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules. This position is based on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Duties and responsibilities
Provide structural engineering support to construction teams on site
Review and resolve technical queries and field engineering issues
Interpret and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and construction personnel
Monitor structural works to ensure compliance with project requirements




Support quality inspections and construction verification activities
Promote and maintain a solid commitment to workplace safety

Skills and experience required
Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering
Previous experience in a structural field engineering role
Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working on large-scale construction or resource projects
