Location: Sydney, Australia

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD development and implementation.
Robust JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.
Experience with Flow Designer, Service Portal and IntegrationHub.
HR Case Management, Employee Service Center and Lifecycle Events.




REST/SOAP integrations, CMDB and Service Catalog.

Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD and CIS-ITSM.

Nice to Have: CIS-HRSD certification.

Experience: 9+ Years

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM implementations and enhancements.
Robust expertise in ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design.

Lead development teams, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, Service Catalog, automation and integrations.
