Remi Residences is a luxury high-rise on the Gold Coast. Offering apartments for sale, long-term leases and extended stays. Residents have resort-style amenities, including pools, a gym, spa, sauna, treatment room, BBQ areas, a private dining room, Teslas for hire and secure basement parking with car lifts.

The role

As the Building Manager for MFG Global, you’ll be our only person on site and the first point of contact for everything in the building. You’ll report directly to the CEO. The role covers four areas:
Building operations: keep the building, amenities and grounds secure, well maintained and presented to a luxury standard. This includes daily pool and spa testing, minor repairs, landscaping, waste management and overseeing the contracted cleaners.
Contractors and compliance: manage service agreements (lifts, fire, pools, security and more), get quotes, supervise works and keep fire safety, WHS and council records up to date. You’ll also work with the strata manager and building committee.
Access and security: run the digital key system, fobs and keys, and arrange contractor access. You’ll also manage CCTV, intercom and alarms.
Guests and leases:



you’ll be the on-site point of contact for guests, and manage our direct residential leases in line with RTA requirements, from showings and entry condition reports through routine inspections, repairs and compliance to exit reports.

About you
3+ years in building management, facilities management or caretaking, ideally in high-rise residential or hotels
Valuable hands-on maintenance skills and pool/spa chemical experience
Working knowledge of Queensland tenancy requirements (RTA forms, entry notices, condition reports, bonds)
Polished, discreet and organised, and comfortable working alone without supervision
Solid IT skills and clear written communication
Current driver’s licence

Highly regarded: a QLD real estate licence or registration certificate (property management), serviced apartment or hospitality experience, body corporate experience, and familiarity with booking and property management software.
